Ingredients
- 200 g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 200 g Very strong white bread flour
- 1 tsp White caster sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1½ tbsp Cajun spice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Red onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Bacon rasher(s) chopped, cooked and cooled
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet
- 300 ml Beer warmed

Place all of the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook attached.
For this step you'll need:
- 200g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 200g Very strong white bread flour
- 1tsp Salt
- 1½ tbsp Cajun spice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Red onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Bacon rasher(s) chopped, cooked and cooled
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet
- 300ml Beer warmed

Mix to a soft dough and knead for 5 minutes. If mixing by hand, put all the ingredients except the beer and yeast into a bowl.

Sprinkle on the yeast and mix to a soft dough with the beer.

Knead on a lightly floured surface for 10 minutes.

Shape into 6 large rolls and place each into a greased bun tin.

Cover and leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan, gas mark 6).

Bake for 20 minutes.
