- 100 g Butter (unsalted)
- 100 g Unrefined light muscovado sugar
- 150 g Porridge oats
- 150 g Strawberries washed, chopped and gently dried
- 2 tbsp Golden syrup
- 50 g Plain white flour

Heat the oven to 160°C (fan 180°C, gas mark 4). Put the butter and sugar together in a bowl and mix together. Stir in the flour.
For this step you'll need:
- 100g Butter (unsalted)
- 100g Unrefined light muscovado sugar
- 50g Plain white flour

Add the golden syrup and mix well.
For this step you'll need:
- 2 tbsp Golden syrup

Stir in the porridge oats and the chopped strawberries.
For this step you'll need:
- 150g Porridge oats
- 150 Strawberries washed, chopped and gently dried

Spoon the mix into a slightly greased 20cm shallow round baking dish and press down to cover the bottom of the dish. Bake for 20-25 mins or until the flapjack in golden brown and bubbling.

Leave to go cold in the baking dish and then cut into wedges and serve cold with a dollop of clotted cream if liked.
