- 225 ml Warm water
- 200 g Very strong white bread flour
- 50 g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 150 g Country grain bread flour
- 2 tsp Sea salt
- 25 g Butter (unsalted) softened
- 25 g Honey
- 1 tsp Easy bake yeast
- 100 g Raisins
- 100 g Mixed nuts roughly chopped

Put the ingredients (except the raisins and nuts) into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook).
For this step you'll need:
- 225ml Warm water
- 200g Very strong white bread flour
- 50g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 150g Country grain bread flour
- 2tsp Sea salt
- 25g Butter (unsalted) softened
- 25g Honey
- 1tsp Easy bake yeast

Set to the basic white program.

Add the raisins and nuts at the time for added ingredients as directed by the manufacturer of your machine.
For this step you'll need:
- 100g Raisins
- 100g Mixed nuts roughly chopped

Remove the dough from machine and knead until smooth.

Divide the dough into two and shape each piece into an oblong.

Place the dough into the greased loaf tins, leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan, gas mark 5).

Bake for 30 minutes.
