- 60 g Rice flaked
- 600 ml Milk (semi-skimmed)
- 2 tsp Half Spoon granulated sugar
- 1 Orange zest
- 1 Orange juice
- 1 Orange(s) segments
- 1 tbsp Icing sugar

Place the flaked rice, milk, Half Spoon and orange zest and juice in a saucepan.
For this step you'll need:
- 60g Rice flaked
- 600ml Milk (semi-skimmed)
- 2tsp Half Spoon granulated sugar
- 1 Orange zest
- 1 Orange juice

Bring to the boil then reduce the heat to a gentle simmer for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Alternatively, place all the ingredients into a large bowl, cover and microwave on full power for 10 minutes. Stir well and return for a further 10 minutes.

Adjust the consistency with a little milk.

Before serving dip the orange segments in theĀ icing sugarĀ and glaze under a hot grill until golden.
