- 225 ml Warm water
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 400 g Strong white bread flour
- 1 tbsp Dried mixed herbs
- 1¼ tsp Salt
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet
- 100 g Olives green and black, pitted

Put the ingredients (except the olives) into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook). Set to dough setting. Add the olives at the time for added ingredients as directed by the manufacturer of your machine.

Remove the dough from the machine and knead until smooth.

Shape the dough into 2 round loaves.

Place onto a greased baking sheet cover and leave to prove until double in size.

Bake at 190°C (170°C fan, gas mark 5) for 30 minutes.
