- 500 g Very strong white bread flour
- 150 g Oatmeal
- 2 tsp Salt
- 25 g Butter chopped
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet (7g)
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 150 ml Natural yoghurt
- 300 ml Warm water

Put the flour into a large bowl. Add the oatmeal, salt and butter. Rub the butter into the flour to combine.
For this step you'll need:

Sprinkle over the yeast. Pour in the honey, natural yoghurt and warm water.

- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet (7g)
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 150ml Natural yoghurt
- 300ml Warm water

Mix together with your hands until the mixture combines to make a rough dough ball.

Tip the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and stretch and knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Grease a 900g (2lb) loaf tin. Shape into an oblong and carefully lower into the prepared tin. Cover loosely with cling film. Leave in a warm place until doubled in size. This will take about 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 220°C (fan 200°C, gas mark 7).

Once doubled in size, remove the cling film from the dough and reduce the oven temperature to 200°C(fan 180°C, gas mark 6). Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes until golden.
