- 450 ml Warm water
- 1 tsp Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Malt extract
- 200 g Country grain bread flour
- 200 g Strong white bread flour
- 200 g Rye flour
- 75 g Porridge oats medium
- 50 g Sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp Easy bake yeast

Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook). Set to the basic white program. Alternatively, for hand baking mixing together by hand until it forms a dough.
For this step you'll need:
- 450ml Warm water
- 1tsp Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Malt extract
- 200g Country grain bread flour
- 200g Strong white bread flour
- 200g Rye flour
- 75g Porridge oats medium
- 50g Sunflower seeds
- 1tsp Easy bake yeast

Remove the dough from machine (if using a bread maker) and knead until smooth.

Shape into a large oblong loaf, slash the top with a knife and place onto a greased baking sheet.

Leave to prove until double in size. Bake at 190°C (170°C fan, gas mar 5) for 30 minutes.
