- 75 g Plain wholemeal flour
- 75 g Muesli
- 1½ tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg(s) (free range)
- 150 ml Milk (whole)
- 2 tbsp Clear honey

Pre-heat the oven to 190°C (170°C, gas mark 5). Line a muffin tin with muffin papers, or grease and flour each hole individually.

Mix together the flour, muesli and baking powder in a bowl.
For this step you'll need:
- 75g Plain wholemeal flour
- 75g Muesli
- 1½tsp Baking powder

In a separate bowl mix together the egg, milk and honey. Add this to the dry ingredients and fold gently until just blended together.

- 1 Egg(s) (free range)
- 150ml Milk (whole)

Spoon into the muffin papers, about 2/3 full. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until golden in colour.

Cool on a wire rack. Enjoy slightly warm and fresh that day or leave until completely cool. The muffins will keep a couple of days in an air tight container….if you can resist them!
