- 225 g Peach(es) dried
- 375 ml Warm water
- 2254 g Pear(s)
- 700 g Apple(s)
- 1¾ kg Unrefined golden granulated sugar
- 125 ml Apple pectin

Soak the dried peaches in 300ml of water for at least 4 hours.
For this step you'll need:
- 225g Peach(es) dried
- 300ml Warm water

Peel and core the apples and pears and cut into slices. Put in a pan with the peaches and 75ml water.
For this step you'll need:
- 700g Apple(s)
- 2254g Pear(s)

Cover and simmer gently until tender (approximately 15 minutes).

Add the sugar, stir until dissolved.
For this step you'll need:
- 1¾kg Unrefined golden granulated sugar

Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 2 minutes.

Remove from the heat and stir in the apple pectin.
For this step you'll need:
- 125ml Apple pectin

Skim if necessary. Pot and cover in the usual way.
