- 110 g Butter (unsalted) softened
- 65 g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 2 Egg(s) (free range)
- 110 g Plain white flour
- 1½ tsp Baking powder
- 65 g Dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180 °C, gas mark 6). Line a mini muffin tin with paper muffin cases.

Cream the butter and sugar together then slowly add the eggs, mix for three minutes.
For this step you'll need:
- 110g Butter (unsalted) softened
- 65g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 2 Egg(s) (free range)

Add the flour, baking powder and chocolate chips stir to combine.
For this step you'll need:
- 110g Plain white flour
- 1½tsp Baking powder
- 65g Dark chocolate chips

Place a spoonful of muffin mixture into each muffin case, filling each to just over half way.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden on top. Leave to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, eat warm or cold.
