- 800 g Strawberries fresh, halved
- 100 g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 200 g Butter (unsalted) softened
- 4 Egg(s) (free range) large
- 200 g Self-raising white flour

Preheat the oven 180°C (160°C, gas mark 4)

Grease 6 small ramekins with butter and layer the bottom with the halved strawberries.

Beat together the sugar and butter until soft and pale in texture and colour.

- 100g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 200g Butter (unsalted) softened

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then gently fold in the flour.

- 4 Egg(s) (free range) large
- 200g Self-raising white flour

Pour the mixture over the strawberry base and bake the puddings for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
