- 650 g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 15 g Butter (unsalted) soft
- 7 g Easy bake yeast
- 400 ml Warm water

Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan, 450°F, gas mark 7).

Use a large bowl to mix the flour, salt, sugar and stir in the yeast. Rub in butter (or vegetable oil 15ml).
For this step you'll need:
- 650g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 2tsp Salt
- 1tsp Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 15g Butter (unsalted) soft

Add water and mix to form soft dough, then knead for 10 minutes on a floured surface.
For this step you'll need:
- 400ml Warm water

Divide the dough evenly between two and greased 450g/1lbs tins. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes or until dough has doubled in size.

Place in the centre of the pre-heated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
