For the dough balls
- 500 g Strong white bread flour
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 15 g Butter (unsalted) softened
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet 7g
- 300 ml Warm water
For the garlic butter
- 200 g Butter (salted) softened
- 2 Garlic clove(s)

Place the flour and salt into a large bowl, stir in the sugar and the yeast, then rub in the butter. Add enough water to form a soft, slightly sticky dough.
For this step you'll need:
- 500g Strong white bread flour
- 1½tsp Salt
- 1tsp Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet 7g
- 15g Butter (unsalted) softened
- 300ml Warm water

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for up to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 20 small pieces and roll each piece into a ball, then place on a baking tray, ensuring you leave space in between. Cover with lightly greased cling film and leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, until the balls have almost doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 230°C (210°C fan, gas mark 8).

Bake the dough balls for 10 minutes then reduce the temperature to 200°C (180°C, gas mark 6) for a further 10 minutes or until the dough balls are risen, golden brown and sound hollow when tapped underneath.

To make the garlic butter, chop the garlic then whip the softened butter and mix in the garlic.
