For the fruit
- 750 g Apple(s) or pears, washed.
- 2 tbsp Unrefined golden granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Plain white flour
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
For the oat topping
- 100 g Plain white flour
- 75 g Butter (unsalted) diced
- 50 g Unrefined golden granulated sugar
- 100 g Porridge oats
For the stem ginger topping
- 100 g Plain white flour
- 100 g Butter (unsalted)
- 50 g Unrefined golden granulated sugar
- 50 g Stem ginger
For the chocolate and macadamia topping
- 100 g Plain white flour
- 75 g Butter (unsalted)
- 50 g Unrefined golden granulated sugar
- 100 g Macadamia nuts
- 50 g Dark chocolate chopped

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C, gas mark 4).

For the fruit, dice and remove the core and seeds. Toss in the sugar, flour and cinnamon. Put the fruit in a pan over a medium heat, and simmer for 10 minutes, until the fruit is just soft.
For this step you'll need:
- 750g Apple(s) or pears, washed.
- 2 tbsp Unrefined golden granulated sugar
- 1tsp Plain white flour
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon

Meanwhile, make your crumble topping. For all the toppings, mix together the flour and butter and crumble between your fingers until the texture is like breadcrumbs. Stir in the sugar.
For this step you'll need:
- 100g Plain white flour
- 75g Butter (unsalted)
- 50g Unrefined golden granulated sugar

Stir in the remaining ingredients according to your chosen topping.

Spoon the fruit into an ovenproof dish. Spoon over the crumble topping, making sure that it is evenly spread. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden. Serve with hot custard or cream
