- 225 ml Warm water
- 50 ml Sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 100 g Very strong white bread flour
- 75 g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 75 g Country grain bread flour
- 75 g Rye flour
- 2 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Easy bake yeast

Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook). Set to the basic white program to bake through out.
For this step you'll need:
- 225ml Warm water
- 50ml Sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 100g Very strong white bread flour
- 75g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 75g Country grain bread flour
- 75g Rye flour
- 2tsp Sea salt
- 1tsp Easy bake yeast

Alternatively, make the bread dough using the dough setting on your bread maker, once completed leave to rest for 5 minutes.

Shape and bake in the centre of a preheated oven 230°C (210°C, gas mark 8) for 15 minutes then reduce the oven temperature to 200°c (180°C fan, gas mark 6) and cook for a further 15-20 minutes until the bread is risen and golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped underneath.
