Ingredients
- 275 ml Warm water
- 1 tsp Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Mustard powder dry
- 1 tbsp Parsley fresh, chopped
- 1 tbsp Sage leaves fresh, chopped
- 1 Red onion small, chopped finely
- 50 g Cheddar cheese strong, grated
- 450 g Country grain bread flour
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet

Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook). Add most of the cheese, reserving a little to scatter over the top. Set to the dough setting of your bread machine.
For this step you'll need:
- 275ml Warm water
- 1tsp Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1tsp Mustard powder dry
- 1 tbsp Parsley fresh, chopped
- 1 tbsp Sage leaves fresh, chopped
- 1 Red onion small, chopped finely
- 40g Cheddar cheese strong, grated
- 450g Country grain bread flour
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet

Remove the dough from machine and knead until smooth.

Shape into a large twist, sprinkle with cheese and place onto a greased baking sheet.
For this step you'll need:
- 10g Cheddar cheese strong, grated

Leave to prove until double in size.

Bake at 190°C (170°C fan, gas mark 5) for 30 minutes.
