- 110 g Butter (unsalted)
- 100 g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 150 ml Milk (semi-skimmed)
- 2 Egg(s) (free range) beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 300 g Plain white flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 110 g Blueberries
- Icing sugar to dust

Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F, gas mark 2). Line a muffin tray with 10 muffin papers.

In a large mixing bowl beat together the butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla until light and fluffy.
For this step you'll need:
- 110g Butter (unsalted)
- 100g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 2 Egg(s) (free range) beaten
- 150ml Milk (semi-skimmed)
- 1tsp Vanilla extract

Add the flour and baking powder beating well until smooth in consistency.
For this step you'll need:
- 300g Plain white flour
- 2tsp Baking powder

Stir in the blueberries and spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin cases

- 110g Blueberries

Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until firm to the touch.

Allow to cool, remove from the tin and dust with icing sugar.

- Icing sugar to dust
