- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Shallot(s) peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Soy sauce dark
- 1¼ tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 Garlic clove(s) crushed

Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook the shallots for 5 minutes or until softened.
For this step you'll need:
- 1 Shallot(s) peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil

Stir in the remaining ingredients, and cook for a few more minutes to warm through and soften the crushed garlic.
For this step you'll need:
- 2 tbsp Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1tsp Soy sauce dark
- 1¼tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 Garlic clove(s) crushed

Use the sauce to baste sausages during the final minutes of cooking on the barbecue, or serve with barbecued fish or meats.
