For the tart case
- 150 g Self-raising white flour
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 Egg(s) (free range) lightly beaten
- 150 g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 25 g Butter (unsalted) melted
- Salt
For the topping
- 1 Apple(s) peeled and sliced
- 30 g Dried cranberries
- ½ tsp Cinnamon

Butter a 23cm pie dish and preheat the oven to 170°C (fan 150°C, gas mark 3).

Mix together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, melted butter and salt to form a smooth batter.
For this step you'll need:
- 150g Self-raising white flour
- 500ml Milk
- 2 Egg(s) (free range) lightly beaten
- 150g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1tsp Vanilla extract
- 25g Butter (unsalted) melted
- Salt

Pour into a prepared pie dish and top it with apple slices and dried cranberries. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top
