SUPER EASY, SCONES!

2 Cups Flour
1 Tbs. Baking Powder
3 Tbs. Sugar
cut in 1/2 cup fat (butter, margarine, shortening, lard, whatever you have)
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk or water
1/2 cup of anything you would like to add, cheese, raisins, etc and 1/2 tsp flavorings if desired.

Pat onto floured board, fold 5-15 times to create layers. Leave dough about 1 inch thick. cut into triangles, circles, squares, fun shapes, whatever you like.

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven. Bake 15 minutes.

If wanting glaze just mix icing sugar with some milk, cream, water or egg white, your choice :)
