I'd heard of Poutine before and let me tell you chips and gravy (which is essentially what it is) anytime of day, or particularly after a night out, is amazing. So I really enjoyed my first taste of it, I hope I have done Canadian followers justice although i'm sure there's hints and tips. I used homemade baked chips (french fries) and served with cheese curds (not too easy to get hold of, suggestions welcome) and a lovely homemade gravy. I absolutely loved it and hope you do too.
