Don Corrado - White Pizza With Mozzarella Gorgonzola Potatoes Sausage Rosemary || Glen & Friends
For all of our home made pizza recipes we'll be using either our Sourdough Pizza Dough Recipe:
Or our 72 Hour Pizza Dough Recipe:
We'll be cooking this in our "Authentic Pizza Oven" clay brick wood fired outdoor pizza oven - where the deck temperature is around 750ºF.
Method:
Boil the potatoes, just until the are fork tender, then allow them to cool completely before slicing thinly.
Slice the skins off a hot (or sweet) Italian sausage, then roll into tiny meatballs. Pan fry the meatballs in a little olive oil until they are cooked through.
