- 50 ml Milk (whole)
- 230 g Pumpkin puree canned
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1¼ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter (unsalted)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon ground
- 1 tsp Ginger ground
- 720 g Very strong white bread flour
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet
For the topping
- 2 tbsp Milk (whole)
- Pumpkin seeds

Put all the ingredients in the bread maker baking pan in the order listed above.

Set to the basic white programme for a 1½ lb loaf.

At the beginning of the baking cycle quickly brush the top with milk and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
