- 600 g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 1 tsp Easy bake yeast
- 25 g Butter (unsalted)
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 430 ml Warm water

Place all of the ingredients, yeast first, into your bread machine pan.
For this step you'll need:
- 1tsp Easy bake yeast
- 600g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 25g Butter (unsalted)
- 1½tsp Salt
- 430ml Warm water
- 1½tsp Unrefined golden caster sugar

Set your machine to the wholemeal, extra large setting. (Follow manufacturing instructions)

When the machine has stopped, carefully remove the pan from the machine and turn upside down to remove the loaf. Check that the blade from the machine has not baked into the base of the loaf.

Leave the loaf to cool on a wire cooling rack.
