- 125 ml Water
- 125 ml Natural yoghurt
- 200 g Very strong white bread flour
- 200 g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 50 g Rye flour
- 50 g Honey
- 1¼ tsp Sea salt
- 1¼ tsp Easy bake yeast

Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix to make a soft, smooth dough. Knead for 5 minutes in an electric mixer, or for 10 minutes by hand until the dough is elastic.
For this step you'll need:
- 125ml Water
- 125ml Natural yoghurt
- 200g Very strong white bread flour
- 200g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 50g Rye flour
- 50g Honey
- 1¼tsp Sea salt
- 1¼tsp Easy bake yeast

Shape the dough into a circle, cut one line down the middle and 4 lines off this on each side.

Place onto a greased baking sheet and leave to prove until double in size. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 190°C (fan 170°C, gas mark 5).

Bake for 30 minutes.
