- 150 g Country grain bread flour
- 300 g Very strong white bread flour
- 75 g Prunes chopped
- 50 g Pecan nuts chopped
- 1¼ tsp Salt
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet (7g)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 315 ml Warm water

Put the flours, prunes, pecan nuts, salt and yeast into a bowl and mix to a soft dough with the honey, oil and water.
For this step you'll need:
- 150g Country grain bread flour
- 300g Very strong white bread flour
- 75g Prunes chopped
- 50g Pecan nuts chopped
- 1¼tsp Salt
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet (7g)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 315ml Warm water

Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.

Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.

Leave to prove until double in size. Preheated the oven to 220°C (fan 200°C, gas mark 7).

Place in an oven and immediately turn the oven down to 200°C (fan 180°C, gas mark 6).

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
