Ingredients
- 100 g Butter (unsalted) plus extra for greasing
- 200 g Milk chocolate broken into pieces
- 200 g Chocolate chip cookies lightly crushed
- 100 g Mini marshmallows coloured
- 100 g Glace cherries
- 100 g Sultanas
For the decoration
- 50 g Mini marshmallows
- 35 g White chocolate melted
- 50 g Glace cherries
- 50 g Milk chocolate chips

Grease an 18cm (7in) square baking tin with extra butter, and line, base and sides with baking paper.

Melt the chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Melt the butter and mix into the melted chocolate, and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
For this step you'll need:
- 200g Milk chocolate broken into pieces
- 100g Butter (unsalted) plus extra for greasing

Stir the crushed cookies, mini marshmallows, cherries and sultanas into the cooled chocolate mix. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin, press down and allow to cool, then chill for at least 2 hours until fully set.
For this step you'll need:
- 200g Chocolate chip cookies lightly crushed
- 100g Mini marshmallows
- 100g Glace cherries
- 100g Sultanas

Once set, cover the top with a mixture of marshmallows, cherries and chocolate chips, and drizzle with melted white chocolate. When set once more, slice into 16 squares.

- 50g White chocolate melted
