    In a saucepan, heat the strawberries, lemon juice and sugar until the fruit is soft.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 300g Strawberries
    • 2 Lemon(s) juice only
    • 75g Unrefined golden caster sugar

    Puree or mash the fruit until soft and pass through a sieve, leaving a smooth syrup.

    Mix with the soda water in a large jug and serve with ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
