For the pancakes
- 120 g Plain white flour
- Salt
- 2 Egg(s) (free range) medium
- 300 ml Milk (whole)
- Vegetable oil drizzle for frying
- 4 Banana(s) medium
- 8 tsp Peanut butter (smooth)
For the chocolate sauce
- 75 ml Water boiling
- 100 g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 50 g Cocoa powder
- 75 g Dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Whisk the flour, eggs and milk together to form a batter, whisking until there are no lumps. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
For this step you'll need:
- 120g Plain white flour

Lightly grease a frying pan with oil and heat until hot, then spoon 2 tablespoons of the batter into the pan and swirl to coat the base of the pan with batter. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden.

Transfer to a plate and keep warm whilst you make the rest.

To make the chocolate sauce place all the ingredients into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring, until the chocolate has melted and the sauce has thickened.
For this step you'll need:
- 75ml Water boiling
- 100g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 50g Cocoa powder
- 75g Dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

For the filling spread a dessert spoon of peanut butter over each pancake then add half a sliced banana, fold over then drizzle with chocolate sauce.
