- 450 g Very strong white bread flour
- 75 g Dark chocolate roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp Unrefined dark muscovado sugar
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet (7g)
- 4 tbsp Butter (unsalted) melted
- 225 ml Espresso coffee cooled
- 3 tbsp Water

Put the flour, chocolate, cocoa, sugar, salt and yeast into a bowl.
For this step you'll need:
- 450g Very strong white bread flour
- 75g Dark chocolate roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp Unrefined dark muscovado sugar
- 1½tsp Salt
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet (7g)

Mix to a soft dough with the butter, coffee and water.
For this step you'll need:
- 4 tbsp Butter (unsalted) melted
- 225ml Espresso coffee cooled
- 3 tbsp Water

Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.

Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.

Leave to prove until doubled in size. Preheated the oven to 220°C (fan 200°C, gas mark 7).

Place in the oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C (fan 180°C, gas mark 6).

Bake for 30-35 minutes.
