- 450 g Country grain bread flour
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Easy bake yeast
- ½ tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 280 ml Warm water

Put the flour, salt and yeast into a bowl.
For this step you'll need:
- 450g Country grain bread flour
- 1½tsp Salt
- 1½tsp Easy bake yeast

Mix to a soft dough with the honey, oil and water.
For this step you'll need:
- ½ tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 280ml Warm water

Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.

Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.

Leave to prove until double in size. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan, gas mark 7).

Add your chosen topping or glaze if using and place in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C (180°C fan, gas mark 6).

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

When cooked the loaf should sound hollow when tapped on the bottom. Leave to cool on a wire rack.
