- 200 g Very strong white bread flour
- 100 g Country grain bread flour
- 1¼ tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Easy bake yeast
- ½ tbsp Honey
- ½ tbsp Sunflower oil
- 170 ml Warm water

Put the flours, salt and yeast into a bowl.
For this step you'll need:
- 200g Very strong white bread flour
- 100g Country grain bread flour
- 1¼tsp Salt
- 1½tsp Easy bake yeast

Mix to a soft dough with the honey, oil and water.
For this step you'll need:
- ½ tbsp Honey
- ½ tbsp Sunflower oil
- 170ml Warm water

Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.

Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin. Leave to prove until double in size.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan, gas mark 7) then reduce the heat down to 200°C (180°C fan, gas mark 6) and place your dough in the oven.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. When cooked the loaf should sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
