- 3 Egg(s) (free range)
- 160 g Plain white flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 150 ml Milk (whole)
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 100 g Cheddar cheese mature
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 100 g Sundried tomatoes chopped
- Basil leaves small bunch, chopped
- Salt to season
- Pepper to season

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan, gas mark 4).

In a large bowl, mix together the eggs and flour.
For this step you'll need:
- 3 Egg(s) (free range)
- 160g Plain white flour

Add the baking powder, milk, oil, cheeses and sundried tomatoes and mix well until you have a doughy mixture.
For this step you'll need:
- 1tsp Baking powder
- 150ml Milk (whole)
- 50ml Olive oil
- 100g Cheddar cheese mature
- 200g Feta cheese
- 100g Sundried tomatoes chopped

Season the dough with salt and pepper and add the basil before continuing to mix.
For this step you'll need:
- pinch Salt to season
- pinch Pepper to season
- Basil leaves small bunch, chopped

Grease a loaf tin with a little butter and pour in the mixture.

Bake for 50 minutes on a medium shelf.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool before serving.
