- 225 ml Milk (whole)
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 125 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1¼ tsp Salt
- 50 g Almonds chopped
- 100 g Apricot(s) ready to eat, chopped
- 450 g Very strong white bread flour
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet

Put all the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook attached.
For this step you'll need:
- 225ml Milk (whole)
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 125g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1¼tsp Salt
- 50g Almonds chopped
- 100g Apricot(s) ready to eat, chopped
- 450g Very strong white bread flour
- 1 Easy bake yeast sachet

Knead in the machine for 5 minutes.

If mixing by hand, put the flours, salt, apricots, nuts and yeast into a bowl.

Mix to a soft dough with the oil, honey and cream cheese and milk.

Turn onto a floured board and knead for 10 minutes.

Leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan, gas mark 6).

Bake for 30-35 minutes.
