For the dough
- 150 g Cottage cheese
- 75 ml Sunflower oil
- 75 ml Milk
- 310 g Self-raising white flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Salt
For the topping
- 4 tbsp Passata
- 250 g Chicken (cooked)
- 1 Yellow pepper(s)
- 50 g Mozzarella
- 50 g Cherry tomatoes
- Basil handful

Preheat the oven to 200⁰C (fan 180°C, gas mark 6).

Place the cottage cheese, sunflower oil, milk, self-raising flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl and mix to form a soft dough.
For this step you'll need:
- 150g Cottage cheese
- 75ml Sunflower oil
- 75ml Milk
- 310g Self-raising white flour
- 1tsp Baking powder
- ½tsp Salt

Roll the dough out onto a baking tray until it makes a circle about 34cm across.

Spread with the tomato passata, mozzarella, chicken, tomatoes and pepper.
For this step you'll need:
- 4 tbsp Passata
- 50g Mozzarella
- 250g Chicken (cooked)
- 50g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Yellow pepper(s)

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve topped with fresh basil leaves.
