- 450 g Very strong white bread flour
- 170 ml Warm water
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 75 g Marzipan finely chopped
- 50 g Almonds (ground)
- 100 g Mincemeat
- 50 g Cranberries
- 50 g Glace cherries halved
- 3 tbsp Unrefined dark muscovado sugar
- 7 g Easy bake yeast
- 2 tbsp Rum
- 35 ml Butter (unsalted) melted
- 1 Egg(s) (free range) beaten

Put the flour, sugar, salt, marzipan, almonds, mincemeat, cranberries, cherries and yeast into a bowl.
For this step you'll need:
- 450g Very strong white bread flour
- 3 tbsp Unrefined dark muscovado sugar
- 75g Marzipan finely chopped
- 50g Almonds (ground)
- 100g Mincemeat
- 50g Cranberries
- 50g Glace cherries halved
- 7g Easy bake yeast

Mix to a soft dough with the rum, butter, water and egg. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
For this step you'll need:
- 2 tbsp Rum
- 35ml Butter (unsalted) melted
- 170ml Warm water
- 1 Egg(s) (free range) beaten

Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.

Leave to prove until double in size. Preheated to 220°C (fan 200°C, gas mark 7).

Bake in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C (fan 180°C, gas mark 6).

Bake for 30-35 minutes.
