- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 150 g Butter (unsalted)
- 100 g Pecan nuts crushed
- 3 Eggs whole
- 225 g Unrefined light muscovado sugar
- 1 Vanilla pods seeds
- 100 g Plain white flour sifted

Preheat the oven to 180˚C (fan 160˚C, gas mark 4). Grease and
line a 23 x 33 cm baking tray. -

Place the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl and set over a pan
of simmering water. Stir gently until the chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat and add the pecans.For this step you'll need:
- 150g Dark chocolate
- 150g Butter (unsalted)
- 100g Pecan nuts crushed

In another mixing bowl whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla seeds until
smooth, then fold in the flour. Fold in the melted chocolate, taking care not to over-mix, and pour into the prepared tin.For this step you'll need:
- 3 Eggs whole
- 225g Unrefined light muscovado sugar
- 1 Vanilla pods seeds
- 100g Plain white flour sifted

Bake in the oven for twenty to twenty five minutes. Leave to cool slightly before cutting in squares and serving.
