- 375 g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 100 g Cornmeal
- 3 tsp Cajun spice
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 1¼ g Easy bake yeast
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 225 ml Warm water

Put the flour, cornmeal, spice, salt and yeast into a bowl.
For this step you'll need:
- 375g Very strong wholemeal bread flour
- 100g Cornmeal
- 3tsp Cajun spice
- 1½tsp Salt
- 1¼g Easy bake yeast

Mix to a soft dough with the honey, oil and water.
For this step you'll need:
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 225ml Warm water

Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.

Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.

Leave to prove until double in size. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan, gas mark 7).

Bake in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C (190°C fan, gas mark 6).

Bake for 30-35 minutes.
