- 20 g Unrefined golden granulated sugar
- 2 Banana(s) peeled
- 200 g Yoghurt Vanilla flavoured
- 1 tbsp Malt powder (such as Ovaltine)
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 250 ml Milk (semi-skimmed)

Put all of the ingredients into a liquidiser and whizz until well blended.
For this step you'll need:
- 20g Unrefined golden granulated sugar
