- 60 g Unrefined light muscovado sugar
- 1l Cranberry juice or mango and passion-fruit juice
- Crushed ice
- 150 ml Cachaca rum

To make the syrup, blend the raspberries using a hand help blender.

- Raspberries (2 punnets)

Sieve the raspberries into a separate bowl to remove the seeds.

Add the juice of 2 limes and the sugar.

- 60g Unrefined light muscovado sugar

To make the cocktail, fill a cocktail glass or tumbler with crushed ice.

- Crushed ice

Shake the raspberry puree with the rum and crushed ice. Pour over the crushed ice in the glass and top up with cranberry juice or mango and passion fruit juice to taste.
