    Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.  Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 2 tbsp Unrefined golden granulated sugar
    • 150ml Yoghurt Plain
    • 1tsp Vanilla extract
    • 100g Raspberries frozen
    • 50g Muesli
    • 150ml Milk semi-skimmed or skimmed
