We require 2 cake rings for this recipe, so it might be a challenge for some.
You could possibly cut the jelly out and make it just with the mango cream cheese.
You can purchase an already-made mango puree, or if you wish to make it at home, add sugar in the amount of 10% of the weight the mango, and puree it in a juicer.

■Cream cheese mousse
Cream cheese...200g
Granulated sugar...40g
Lemon juice...½ lemon
Gelatin powder ...7g + water 35g
Mango puree...100g
Whipping cream...200ml
■Mango and passion fruit jelly
Gelatin powder...4g + water 20g
Mango puree...130g
Passion fruit...2

15 cm (6 inch) → 21 cm (8.2 inch) 2 times
15 cm (6 inch) → 24 cm (9.4 inch) 2.5 times
15 cm (6 inch) → 12cm (4.7 inch) 0.66 times
