How to Make an Easy Icelandic Chocolate Coconut Cake Recipe

This Icelandic Chocolate Coconut Cake recipe is so easy to make from scratch. I noticed this cake recipe when looking at some of my favorite Danish websites. I am not sure if it is an actual Icelandic recipe or that it is a Danish recipe given that in Denmark it is called Islandsk Lagkage (Icelandic Layer Cake) ??? It does not translate very well because there is only one layer but it is oh so good!
