PROTEIN Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies...need I say more? If you're passionate about your cookies like I am and have a mutual passion for peanut butter, you'll love these delicious, moist, and filling (all while being healthy) COOKIES!

Here is the recipe:
18 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (288g)
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Scoops Protein Powder (Natural or Vanilla) (60g)
1 1/4 Cups Sweetener
1 1/2 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (120g)
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce (61g)
2 Large Whole Eggs
1 Large Egg White
10-15 Drops Liquid Sweetener
1-2 Tablespoons (15-30g) Chocolate Chips (optional)
Calories in the whole recipe (with chocolate chips):
Calories: 2726
Fat: 158g
Saturated Fat: 36g
Sodium: 1380mg
Carbs: 180g
Fiber: 33g
Sugar: 43g
Protein: 146g
Combine all of your ingredients together into a bowl. Mix everything together. Take out a cookie sheet and line it with tin foil or parchment paper (if tin foil coat it with non-stick cooking spray). Shape your mix into balls, add chocolate chips to the top (if using them), and press down your balls with a fork. Bake on 350°F/176°C for 8:00-10:00. Enjoy!
Tips:
Use some vanilla extract in your recipe if using natural flavored protein powder
Add whatever else you want to the mix/top such as nuts or other types of chips (white, peanut butter)
