INGREDIENTS
155 g self-raising flour
185 g FAGE Total Yoghurt
3 tbsp antipasti of your choice
Handful of rocket
6 slices prosciutto
METHOD
1. Pre-heat the oven to fan 200°C.
2. Place the flour and yoghurt in a large bowl and with clean hands combine the mixture to form a dough.
3. Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
4. Top with a selection of antipasti, prosciutto and a sprinkle of rocket.
