Chocolate Peppermint Rocky Road, Cheekyricho Cooking, 4 ingredient Christmas Holiday recipe ep.1,308

Today we bring you Chocolate Peppermint Rocky Road, no nuts, no coconut just pure indulgence. Its no bake, perfect for the Christmas table or bring-a- plate, very unusual but its one of those "Why didn't I think of that before?" ideas that come along once in a while. It is also, according to everybody who has tasted it, "the best Rocky Road they have ever tasted!!" Their words not mine. You know you have to try this.
INGREDIENTS:
200g white marshmallows
200g spearmint leaves Jube lollies
200g 70% cocoa chocolate
200g of peppermint chocolate , not the runny centre ones (otherwise it won't set and will be too gooey to eat) even peppermint crisp or peppermint patty would be great.

800g seems like a lot but trust me, make a double batch, you're gonna need a bigger chocolate.
