Ingredients
Dahi - 250 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped green chillies - 2
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander - 2 tablespoons

Preparation
In a mixing bowl add curd and salt. Whisk well. Add sugar and whisk until smooth. Keep aside.
In a kadhai add cooking oil, cumin seeds, chopped green chillies and chilli powder. Sauté. Add whisked curd and mix well. Add chopped coriander and mix well.
