- 80 g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon ground
- 1 tbsp Cointreau
- 30 g Butter (unsalted)
- 6 Bread Pumpkin and Sunflower Seed, slices

Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, caster sugar, cinnamon & Cointreau in a shallow bowl.
For this step you'll need:
- 5 Egg(s) (free range)
- 400ml Milk (whole)
- 2tsp Vanilla extract
- 80g Unrefined golden caster sugar
- 1tsp Cinnamon ground
- 1 tbsp Cointreau

Cut each slice of bread into triangles.
For this step you'll need:
- 6 Bread Pumpkin and Sunflower Seed, slices

Soak the bread in the egg mixture for about 30 seconds then cook on a hot buttered griddle pan until cooked through.

The bread should be crisp on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside. Repeat this for all of the bread.

To serve, drizzle with golden syrup and a dusting of icing sugar.
